Advance Payment & Order Policy

At Fineur, we value every customer and strive to provide smooth, reliable service. To maintain fairness and cover unavoidable costs, we have introduced the following advance payment policy:

1. Returned Orders & Future Purchases

  • If a customer’s previous parcel has been returned, future orders will require a 10% advance payment.
  • This step is necessary because each return causes shipping and handling losses that we cannot recover.
  • Orders placed without the required advance may unfortunately be cancelled automatically.

2. High-Value Orders (Above Rs. 5,000)

  • For orders with a value greater than Rs. 5,000, a minimum advance of Rs. 1,000 is required at checkout.
  • This advance confirms your commitment and allows us to process your order securely.

3. Non-Refundable Advance Payments

  • Please note that advance payments are non-refundable if the parcel is returned, refused, or not received.
  • Returned parcels cannot be re-dispatched once sent back, due to shipping and handling costs already incurred.

4. Why This Policy Exists

  • Our goal is to serve all customers fairly. Unfortunately, repeated returns and refusals result in financial losses. This advance payment policy ensures:
  • Genuine orders are prioritized.
  • Shipping and handling costs are partially secured.
  • Customers with a good order history continue enjoying smooth service without any advance requirement.
