RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We facilitate returns or exchanges exclusively for items that deviate from the ordered size or exhibit any quality defects. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Should you receive a product that does not align with the ordered size or manifests damage/defects, kindly notify Fineur Pakistan within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide visual documentation by sharing snapshots via WhatsApp: +92 316 0444071 or Insta: Fineur.pk

For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 working days, with customers expected to hand over the original product to the designated delivery personnel.

For returns, customers are required to courier the product back in its original packaging, ensuring tags remain intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 316 0444071, specifying the item(s) to be returned along with the reason. Kindly attach images of both the packaging and the product, captured from various angles.

Please note that each customer is eligible for returns or exchanges ONLY ONCE.

To prevent any loss or damage during transit, ensure that the returned items are securely packaged. We recommend utilizing a reputable courier service for all self-shipped returns.

Upon receipt of the parcel, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or through Easy Paisa within 3 days.

Please note that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
